The Washington Seminar Career Fair is a great place to hire capable employees and network with potential employers.
Washington Seminar is an annual event of the National Federation of the Blind that more than five hundred people—including many students—from fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico attend to take our message of equal opportunity for the blind to Capitol Hill. The Washington Seminar Career Fair takes place on the first day of Washington Seminar.

Please arrive prepared for a job interview. Business attire is a must and you should have a polished résumé in electronic and paper formats. We strongly encourage everyone to register online ahead of time. We will be sending a list of recruiting employers' contact information only to those who register.
To register as a job-seeker, please fill out the career fair job-seeker registration form.
Register as an Employer
If you don’t know how capable blind people can be, this is a great place to learn. Companies and organizations that participate in the career fair will be listed in the employer list that is made available to each attendee. The fee to participate is $100, which can be waived for local nonprofit organizations and government entities. Participants will receive one table with large print and Braille signage.
To register your organization, please fill out the career fair employer registration form.
