Family Needed for a
Two-Year-Old Girl from Asia!

The
World Association for Children and Parents (WACAP) is seeking an adoptive family
for Soo Bin, a pretty little girl who plays happily, sings, and makes joyful sounds.
Soo Bin is blind and her delays in development seem tobe related to this. Caretakers
in her orphanage report that they don’t have the necessary experience or facilities
to best meet her needs and they hope that a family can be found soon to help her
reach her highest potential.
