Nursry Rhymes with a Different Beat

Mrs. Thompson recently tried her hand at re-writing some old nursry rhymes and she gave them a delightful new twist. I really enjoyed reading them and I think you will too.)

Humpty Dumpty

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall
Because he couldn't travel with a cane
Unless he learns to travel soon
We'll see him sitting there again.

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill went up the hill
Swinging their canes and singing.
People said, "Oh, just look at them go
Faster than blue birds when they're

I Have A Little Shadow

I have a little shadow that goes in and
out with me,
But I travel so fast with my cane in my
That I'm never as slow as he.
