Location #1: Ruston

101 South Trenton St.
Ruston, LA 71270

3:00 pm on Sunday, 06/02/2019 to 1:30 pm Saturday, 06/08/2019

Day Students $100 (local students). Residential Students $150. The application deadline is April 30, 2019. All meals are provided on site. If a child has dietary restrictions, parents may be asked to provide food. Parents must transport students to Ruston on Sunday, June 2 at 3:00 pm and pickup students from Ruston on Saturday, June 8 at 1:30 pm.

Our academy is a one-week, residential program. If students live locally or parents opt to stay locally at their own expense, students may attend as day students. Day students are involved in all class instruction and community activities—they just don’t sleep in the dormitories. Parents must attend the Saturday activity and graduation. Our classes include Braille reading and writing, assistive technology, Nemeth, tactile graphics, and daily living skills.
