ROOM OVERVIEW: The Archibald-Cochran ballroom on the third floor of the Galt House West Tower is a large rectangle with 2 entrances near the middle of the long east wall. To visit every table of outside exhibitors and NFB affiliates in this hall, you need to make 3 circuits: the outer wall (tables 1 to 69), and A-Square (tables A70 to A101), and B-Square (tables B102 to B131). Enter by the doors to the left as you face the hall (south entrance), and walk straight ahead to find A-Square; or enter from the doors to the right (north entrance), and walk straight ahead to find B-Square. The 2 squares have an aisle between them which dissects the center of the hall.

Outer wall recognition points:
· South entrance: GW Micro (table 69) on your left, and NFB Info (table 1) on your right.
· North entrance: NFB-NEWSLINE® (table 7) on your left; NFB-DC (table 8) on your right.
· East wall: As you enter the hall through the room's east wall, tables 60 to 69 are on your left; tables 1 to 7 between the two entrances; tables 8 to 13 on your right, and HumanWare straight ahead in A-Square. To examine tables against the wall in numerical order, face the wall and move to your left.
· North wall: tables 14 to 25, begins with NFB-NJ and ends with NFB-OH.
· West wall: tables 26 to 48, with NASA in the middle at tables 33 to 38.
· South wall: tables 49 to 59, with the IBM Accessibility Center midway at table 53, and Diebold's ATM at 59.
· East wall again: tables 60 to 69. Optelec US is midway at tables 63-66, and the row ends at the south entrance.

Face the tables and move to your right to examine the A and B-Square tables in numerical order.
A-Square tables are directly in front of the south entrance.
· East side: A70 to A78 is all HumanWare.
· North side: A79 to A85. Freedom Scientific runs from A81 to A85.
· West side: A86 to A94. Freedom Scientific continues to A89.
· South side: A95 to A101 has the Sendero Group at A99, and ends with Sighted Electronics.

B-Square tables are directly in front of the north entrance. The south side of B-Square is across the aisle from A-Square's north side.
· East side: B102 to B109 begins with Independent Living Aids and ends at NAPUB.
· North side: B110 to B117 contains the NFB's Diabetes Action Network midway at B113.
· West side: B118 to B124 begins with APH and ends at Hadley.
· South side B125 to B131 begins with Henter Math and ends at CCB.

Note: Cross over to the Exhibit Hall on the second floor of the East Tower for the NFB Store, NFB free literature, an APH Museum exhibit, The Accessible Home Showcase, and a few miscellaneous exhibitors. To walk from the third floor West Tower exhibit area to the second floor East Tower Exhibit Hall, either cross the street at ground level or use the elevators or stairs to the Conservatory which crosses over 4th Street at the third floor level.
