LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
August 31, 1998
I am a Physician's Assistant at a rural healthcare clinic. In my practice I work with a lot of patients with Diabetes. I happened to run across your summer edition of the VOICE at a public library.
I was very impressed with what I saw and would like the opportunity to make it available to my patients. I thought your articles were very appropriate and extremely informative. I'm convinced that my patients will also appreciate all the effort that goes into a publication like yours.
Would it be possible for us to have about 50 copies of your next issue to put in the patient waiting area for the patients?

On September 28, 1998, while at the local ophthalmologist, I picked up a copy of VOICE OF THE DIABETIC (Summer Edition 1998) and started reading it. I was truly impressed. Even more so when I read this information could be placed in the hands of people who truly need this information at no cost.
I would like to be a distributor for your paper. I know this will be of great value to the people I provide services.
I would like to distribute VOICE OF THE DIABETIC in print and on audiocassette to persons in each county. I would like to personally deliver them to people with whom I work and place them in the local Department of Social Services, local drugstores, etc. There are endless places to put these papers where they will be of great use.
I am very excited about sharing this information with others. I don't know how many copies your agency will send me in print and on audiocassette but I can assure you that every one of them will be distributed.

I just received a complimentary copy of your magazine from a hospital class for diabetic education. I found it very informative and would like to receive it on a continuing basis.

Your paper is great. Having been a diabetic a few months short of 48 years, I still learn something from each issue. I feel learning and applying is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.
Thanks, as always.
